We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your finished resume. This policy explains how revisions, cancellations, and refunds work.

Revisions

Every package includes revisions, as described on our Pricing page, so we can refine your draft together until it accurately represents your experience. Revision requests should relate to the information and direction you originally provided.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before work has begun, contact us as soon as possible and we will confirm whether a refund applies based on how much work, if any, has already started.

Refunds

Because resume writing involves real writer time and a consultation process, refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed. If you're unsatisfied with your draft, we ask that you first work with us through the revision process included in your package — most concerns are resolved that way. If a satisfactory resolution genuinely can't be reached, contact us and we'll review your situation individually.

What We Don't Refund

We do not offer refunds based on employment outcomes (such as not receiving interviews or job offers), since no resume writing service can control or guarantee hiring decisions.
